A Sugar Systems client is looking for someone to lead their digital marketing. After building a successful, 800 million in revenue internet business…this is the founders second go round and new business venture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Expert in Digital Marketing : Paid Search, PLA’s, Amazon Product Ad’s, Facebook advertizing, retargeting, Mobile Marketing, and other digital channels.

Brand champion and advocate : Develop and implement strategies and branding techniques.

Budgeting : Responsible for monthly established search budgets based on specific sales goals and targets established by the brand leadership teams.

Social Media and Content strategy: Lead the development of strategy and implementation of measurable plans for each social media channel and content as a whole for each of our brands.

Work with BI and Analytics team to constantly tune and update digital campaigns for maximum performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

● 5+ years experience in eCommerce digital marketing

● Experience in digital acquisition channels of marketing including PPC, PLA, CSE and Retargeting

●Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

●Proven track record as a strategic and creative leader and ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision and strategy.

●Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and reconciling differences.

●Experience on strategic consulting engagements developing detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio/Casewise deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.

This is a full time, salaried position with lots of room for autonomy and ownership over the company’s digital practices.

Potential for 140k earning plus equity options for the right person.
